By accessing or using SignalButler ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

SignalButler is a software service that uses artificial intelligence to analyse market data and generate investment-related reports and recommendations. The Service is provided by SignalButler and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Not Financial Advice

All content, reports, and recommendations provided by SignalButler are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should always conduct your own research and consult a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Past performance of any recommendation does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and any resulting gains or losses.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or are being used in violation of these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

SignalButler offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its servers, or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with SignalButler are the property of SignalButler or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party data providers and AI platforms to deliver its functionality. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data obtained from third-party sources. Your use of such third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SignalButler and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SignalButler and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behaviour. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
